Quick start

Five minutes from zero to your first call.

0. Try it without money first

The demo at test.sranch.xyz runs on test data. Nothing there is real money, so it's the place to click around and see how a fence settles.

1. Get a wallet with USDG on Robinhood Chain

All bets and payouts are in USDG. You need a wallet connected to Robinhood Chain with some USDG for bets and a little ETH for gas.

2. Place your first bet

  1. Open sranch.xyz and connect your wallet.
  2. Pick one of tonight's fences, e.g. the day fence on SPY: "Will it fall today?"
  3. Choose a side: Hold (it closes flat or up) or Cross (it closes below the opening price).
  4. Bet at least 1 USDG. Earlier bets get more shares (see dusk).
  5. After the fence closes and settles, collect your winnings. Collecting never expires.

Set a limit before you start

The ranch asks you to set a daily cap on your first bet. You can skip it, but we'd rather you didn't. See Play responsibly.

3. Optional: raise bulls and bears

  • Get one: bid in the Dusk Auction with $SRANCH, or buy one from another player.
  • Pick where it grazes: choose a breed (a stock) each week. The first change each week is free.
  • Keep it eligible: an animal only gets its share of the week's Harvest if it was fed by bets that week. Your bets in the fences count automatically; the ranch shows "stake needed per head" and your "available stake".
  • Claim Harvest whenever you like. It's booked on the animal and never expires.

4. Come back daily (if you want)

Daily Three: Pat your herd (free, no gas), place a bet, share a result card. They build streaks and badges; they don't pay money.
